Plaques and Tangles
Wednesday 4th November 2015
Text of the day: “Like when you try and move your big toe independently and you can’t. And you look at your toe. And you think about thinking about moving it but there’s nothing to think about. Because there’s nothing to connect you to your toe. Only it’s not just my toe. It could be anything. It could be a book. A door. My daughter. I want to communicate something but I can’t because suddenly the connection doesn’t exist any more. I can’t think. But I still feel. And most of the time I feel scared.” (Megan in Nicola Wilson’s Plaques and Tangles)
